Our air conditioner didn't work, so I wouldn't recommend this place for summer. We opened the window but that just lets in mosquitoes. Eggs were too wet, everything else great. At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub
