Made an online reservation while driving back to WI from Ontario. Demetrius at the desk was friendly and helpful. We found the room spacious, clean and a fridge that actually worked. A bit of street noise but for the price, excellent.

This was more like a homeless shelter. It was filthy, no hot water, no towels, parking lot drug parties, trash all over. People living there. Worst hotel ever. Don't stay there!

We were in a room that was supposed to be non-smoking but we could still smell smoke coming from the other room next to us really strong too, we also did not have any soap bars or Kleenex in our room unless the hotel doesn’t do these items anymore!!!

I book this hotel mainly reason was hot tub when I came to hotel to check in I went to see hot tub and it was not available and closed I was very disappointed that ruined my entire weekend with no hot tub

Weed, sketchy elevator and loud

The overall room was great, it was very spacious but the WHOLE hotel smelled like someone was smoking weed. The elevator is very old and sketchy! It was very loud all night and early in the morning it sounded like something was crashing into the hotel! If you don’t want to smell weed, and get some peace and quiet do NOT stay here!

Other guests on our floor were extremely loud around 10-12 pm, and then were yelling in the hallway at 3-4 am. Rooms were basic, however, clean. Front desk staff when checking in and out were kind and friendly.
