"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean with plenty of space and amenities. The common areas of the hotel were very clean as well with nice decor. The daily breakfast was better than expected and is just as good if not better than at other hotels in the area where we've stayed previously. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile. We want to give a shout to to Karri who oversaw the breakfast area during a couple of days while we were there. She was exceptional...

"Troy and the staff at the Imlay City, MI location were one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Friendly, Welcoming, and attentive to everything we asked of them. We left feeling as if we had made new friends. Will definitely stay there again. Great experience!!"

"Dead bugs in the bathroom. The reason I chose this hotel is because it had a pool my children wanted to play in for my daughter’s birthday. It was closed and looked like it had been for awhile. Every vending machine was out of order. The room was very outdated & the beds were very old and hard. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I will never chose this hotel again."
