"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well kept. We stayed for 5 days and there was enough variety of food and drinks that it didn’t get repetitive. The A la Cartes were delicious, the pool menu had a huge variety, and room service also had lots of options. The location is wonderful as it is an easy walk to Bucerias, and it has a great beach. The gym was nice and clean! It had a low variety of weights, but it wasn’t a big...
