"Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. "We booked a 5 night stay under the Premium level. The room was clean with all amenities included. Resort area such as the pool and hallways were clean. However, the food in the buffet was a 2/10 to be completely honest. The food was rinsed and repeated over and over allowing for no variety in the meals and furthermore, felt to be a chaep way to take on the all-inclusive title. Additionally, if you weren't at the pool bar it was almost impossible to get a drink as you had to rely on the workers...
