Upon arrival the furniture that holds the fridge was rotting, so we informed the front desk and they sent someone from maintenance who was really nice and he came the next day to change it. Front desk staff…. WOW… I’ve had better service at a DMV lol. Every single one of them seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. "Easy, plentiful parking. Comfy, clean room. Helpful and polite staff. I was a little sad to see that the Starbucks is no longer there in the lobby/bar area. But that's not a big deal. This is a very nice hotel. Also easy to and from local roads."

"Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. "Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me."

"The room we booked was NOTHING like the description on the site. One king bed and one pull out sofa that was supposed to be a full, however it was a twin. Couldn’t walk through the room with the pull out open. Room too small for one adult and one child and it was advertised to fit 4 people. Expedia online staff were difficult to deal with, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t change hotels. Absolutely horrendous customer service"

"There was a musty smell and the property is under renovation with enough signs to let us know. I wasn't aware of the construction while booking. So I cut short my stay from 5 days to 1 day after informing property manager on duty, because I was in after 1am due to flight delay. Property manager was more curious about if I had pets (I didn't), than about my conveniences. In the morning, I wasn't told of breakfast."

"The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "We stayed for only one night, and for that it was fine i guess. Bed was ok - thank god it had sheetz on it cause they don’t cover the bottom / boxspring and you can see how disgusting and stained it is pillows were terrible. Room was very small but again ok for the one night, did not see an iron board or safe in there like shown in the pictures. Dressers were stained inside and dirty.
