It is not a "resort" by any means. It is a small bed & breakfast. They only take check-ins until 6pm so I did a "self check-in." The room itself is incredibly cheesy and dated, which I should have realized from the photos. I was a solo traveler and this place is clearly catered toward couples. There were a couple sheets of paper left for me in the room but the internet was not working so I couldn't access the digital guest book. I felt totally disoriented the whole time because no one ever even gave me a tour. No staff member ever contacted me during my 2 night stay. There is no security or even locked doors/gates to keep someone from getting to the rooms. The room itself locks, but the doors are glass windows covered with blinds only. Because of this, there's also no privacy because if you want any natural light, you have to open the blinds. It was very noisy. I could hear people in the room next to me loudly yelling at 2am the 1st night. The 2nd night there was loud music playing until probably 10pm or so. Luckily I had brought ear plugs. Breakfast was included, but only 3 unappealing options were offered so I passed. There was no housekeeping during my stay so no trash was taken, no clean towels, etc. I was in the midst of a very exhausting hiking trip so I did not have the energy to call management for every little thing, nor should I have had to. I had a spa appt scheduled for the last day but left early and cancelled it because I was so unhappy. ZERO service. Stay away.
