The studio was very clean and furnished nicely. A couple issues: 1.The mattress was hard as a rock. 2. The bathroom window did not lock and could be easily accessed from a secluded walkway. The pool is NOT heated and surrounding grounds are in rundown condition.

The only thing that could be better is a new bed. The bed was uncomfortable. Short to the floor. We did like the full size refrigerator and stove, microwave and dishwasher. Loved our stay there.

Great location, wonderful to hear the waves crashing on the beach to put me to sleep, rooms with furnished kitchens, my bed was comfortable, room was clean and extra bed for family to spend the night. Great!

It’s in a great location & across from the beach. The pool was really nice. It’s pet friendly with a nice fenced pet area. The staff was friendly & quick if we needed something. The room was really nice and clean. We will be back.

The property is well maintained and clean. Only downside is the very compact parking you have to really use your back up camera and old school skills to maneuver. I will definitely be coming back for the price, convenience and location!

The motel more than met our expectations!!! The staff was very accommodating and the room had everything that we needed. The transit to and from was easy and less than 5 minutes from I-95.

An older motel - but well kept building and grounds. The small room was furnished well beyond our expectations. It had a full refrigerator, stove, utensils, and microwave. The staff - especially Peggy - was very accommodating as were the long-term residents. We intend to return.

Place was clean , loved that it was such a short distance to the beach. Everything we did was in walking distance just about. The parking was a little tight.. the pool they had was quite inviting but also quite cold.. safe to say it wasnt heated. Overall it was a perfect spot for me and my husband and flagler beach has some of the nicest people.. and coming from a over populated area this was one of the best parts and the beach was beautiful not over crowded.. we hope to come back sooon

Very nice location, quiet and some distance from the busy pier area. Great access to the beach area, without the noise of the A1A. The bed was very comfortable, both of us slept very well. The apartment is small but set up very well - the coffee was all set and very much appreciated! WIFI was excellent. The owners were very helpful and friendly - would like to return in the future! Golden Lion and Java Joint highly recommended restaurants - try the Crab Benedict at Java Joint.

Great little roadside gem.
Perfect for what we needed. Coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, pans and a full size fridge with ice maker. We only cooked a few times but it was nice to have coffee before we ventured out. The ocean is right outside your door with little sitting areas.

Dayton Race Trip
I would 100 percent recommend this place! Very clean, staff very friendly. Check in was super easy. The room was very clean and perfect for the 2 of us. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge and stove, so it was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. It was about 30 minutes from Daytona Speedway, and about 10 minutes in either direction to a lot of great restaurants.

The property is right across the street from the beach. My unit had a full kitchen, couch, bed, and walk in shower. It was clean, the staff were friendly. I wouid definitely stay again
