It did have too much of an air freshener odor so we hid the freshener sticks and didn't use the smelly soap. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and they stored our luggage in the early morning because we went to Stonehenge. I'd stay here again."

"The hotel has been recently refurbished and was delightful and the bedroom excellent. The staff were so helpful and to park in the hotel car park was a bonus. Just a short walk into Salisbury was perfect. The only downside was the hotel restaurant as the food was very disappointing. The food had obviously been frozen and did not resemble the pictures on the website. There was only one other couple eating there so maybe other guests chose to eat locally. However I would recommend staying there...

"Helpful staff. Clean room. Electric shower was a bit fiddly and kept slipping down the pole. Couldn't make the water any hotter than 39. Otherwise lovely and ideal for one night. Very quiet."
