"The staff was great, they upgraded me to a suite. The hotel is near Grace Bay. Also has a nice breakfast spot near the hotel. Highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel was top tier and every staff member we encountered were professional and very helpful. The only thing I found disheartening was the staff sitting in the heat of the lobby with all the doors open. Why aren’t they able to sit in an air conditioned setting like their guest?"

"The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even though there are no elevators, our bags were carried up and down the stairs for us, which was so nice. Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!"

"The resort was absolutely phenomenal. It gave us a true island feel with four different villages with different themes including French, Italian, Caribbean, and key West. The Italian and key West were definitely newer built and more expensive rooms however the French and Caribbean were just fine still. The food was absolutely outstanding with every single place we ate at. The entertainment was phenomenal every single night there was something to do. There were a few negatives including two groups of 40 high school 18-year-olds that just graduated that were drinking and running a muck all over however the resort is large enough to distance yourself from anyone. I'm pretty sure they told us they are building a couples portion of this resort to the west which should be a very popular option for people like myself and my wife. Overall highly recommend beaches. "
