"A really great stay in a fantastic room - wish I could have stayed longer! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The only downside is lack of parking, but there are a couple of paid car parks near enough."

"We booked the Dower House as it was an ideal location for trips around the area. Visits to Lincoln cathedral, beach at Sandilands and Sutton on Sea, some National Trust places etc. By accident, we found a lovely little cinema just a 3 minute walk away from Dower House called the "Kinema in the woods". Very quaint and cheaper than mainstream cinemas. We had a room in the Anex building next to the main house and it was very quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable. Car parking was ample and you could use the main one or the one for the Anex as the two buildings were only 50 meters apart. No EV charging points but i would not mark down just because of this. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and you could ask for specific things. The staff were very polite and helpful. Checkin and checkout was very easy. We really enjoyed our short stay here and would use this again if we were going to be in this area again."
