"Great hotel adjacent to downtown area of puerto Ayora. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Pool area was great and helpful for the kids to play (note there is no beach in town, it’s outside of town). "Arrived to an iced lemonade waiting for us by the lovely host. Seemed to be a family owned business. They were very helpful. The property was beautiful and the room was exactly as described. The air conditioning was amazing and kept the room nice and cool. Bathroom was sufficient for what was needed. Personally loved the large bottles of shampoo and body wash.
