"Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. "The property is new so everything is very nice and up to date. The room was spacious and very nice, front desk staff was kind and helpful, but the housekeeping is severely lacking. The rooms are cleaned every other day which is odd but fine, I stayed 5 nights and my room was only cleaned once. During check-in, which started at 3pm, I was told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby. We weren’t able to check-in until 6pm because housekeeping had not cleaned the room. We saw multiple housekeepers constantly so I’m not sure why the service was so poor, its a shame because the property is really nice."

"I’m from the hotel industry. The hotel was quaint at best. The carpets were very dirty and I found the staff was overly casual. I don’t believe this is a reflection of the staff as it’s more a reflection of the low standards of the hotel. Although the price was average I believe that it was over priced for what it was."

"We were booked into a King room but arrived to 2 single beds. There is no onsite check-in but contact phone number was extremely responsive and quickly moved us to a new room. But getting to have a peek at the room with 2 beds we were extremely grateful we booked a king. The single room was extremely barebones and the single beds seemsed a little rickety. Our King bed was very comfortable. Still a very barebones room but has everything you need. Shared bathrooms were very clean (pack your own toileties!). Check in and check out were super easy and the location literally cannot be beat. In the heart of downtown Fremont near shops, restaurants, water front, farmers market. The best that Seattle has to offer. Having the room be a little basic isn't a problem because you'll be out enjoying Fremont and Ballard anyhow. I will note I imagine the room getting really hot in the summer. Its an old building. Each room has a small, free standing AC unit, but I don't think that that would be enough to truly keep things cool on the hottest days."
