The staff were so accommodating and went way above to make us and our dog Blue so welcome from his welcome pack to the fuss made over him it made our visit truly special. "Really quaint hotel with such English charm! The staff was amazing ( shout out to Sergio - the jack of all trades! ), our dinner was awesome and abundant. First time guests might be surprised to find no staff on site when checking in. We passed by the entrance at first look because of its innocuous door and recessed signage. "Beautiful room, very clean. My only concern was that there was only one double socket for your mobile devices, which meant cycling them to recharge. Perhaps bring an extension lead. Breakfast was good as it had vegan options too."

"My main problem was sorted once I reported it, but it was an unusual scenario, I believe, in that my room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The manager was superb in accepting my observations and promised to get the room cleaned by housekeeping the following day whilst I was out (I stayed for 2 nights).
