Firostefani Hotels with Swimming Pool

"We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. We booked some activities with her. She had info about the island, beaches, places to eat and then got staff to show us to our room and take our luggage. The room was amazing. Spotless and spacious. The views were incredible and the balcony was a perfect finishing touch. We spent 3 nights in the lux suite and 3 nights in the honeymoon suite. Both were amazing so I'd recommend either. The staff were always on hand and couldn't do enough; from front desk, to cleaners, restaurant staff and maintenance. I didn't get the guys name who runs the pool bar and restaurant but he is an asset to the hotel. One of the best experiences of customer care, hospitality and their amazing use of the property they have. If I come back to Santorini, this is where I am staying. Take my advice and book here."

"This was the best hotel experience I ever had. We had the Artimes Villa. It was so beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view of the sea were breathtaking. The personal pool and hot tub were the highlight. The breakfast brought to us every morning by Bobby was always plenty and delicious. The staff cleaned inside and outside our villa every morning.The staff was remarkable. Nico took such great care of us. Always making sure we had things to do, arranged drivers, and excursions. "We arrived at 10:30 p.m., and Manolis greeted us warmly with a beautiful Mercedes van and made sure we were comfortably settled into our room. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located, just a short walk from the center of Fira, with easy access to the market and many great restaurants. The owner is very friendly, and the two ladies who manage the rooms are extremely helpful, pleasant, and attentive. The tours arranged by the hotel were truly memorable and wonderful. Our seven‑day stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The pool is a definite game‑changer—it’s very large, with plenty of areas for guests to sit back and relax, whether in the lobby, in front of the hotel, or around the pool area itself. There is also lots of parking space, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend."
