"Loved my stay. Hotel was amazing with brilliantly helpful staff. Accommodation was as advertised so immediately we could enjoy the holiday. We chose half board. "I emailed to inform them I was vegan. My first breakfast nothing for me. Improved on my 2nd breakfast. I would say all the food was average. "

"The hotel overall is beautiful, including the amenities and front of house staff. Only down fall is that the staff in the restaurant are a bit slow and got orders wrong. Our eggs in the morning didn’t arrive and our coffee orders were wrong. I can only assume that this is because the hotel had just opened for the summer period and they were getting into the swing of things. I would definitely return and hope that this would be better, however, overall I am extremely satisfied. "

"Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh. The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. "Stayed here before and came back for a short break. So a return speaks volumes. Food is always fine and plenty of choice Generally staff are all great and happy to help you. Some don’t greet you though but the manners of most the guests is my biggest issue. Ignorant guests with no manners at all. Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you have to act respectfully!!!!
