"Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh. The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. "The hotel is new, in a great location, only a short 5 min walk from the main Protaras strip and beaches. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of pillows too which was a nice touch. We also has a pull out sofa bed for the little one which was brilliant. The receptionists Andria and Panayiotis were exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to facilitate our late check out which was greatly appreciated. "There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell.
