"Stayed here for a night before a Doubtful Sound cruise. The location was perfect (right down the street from the RealNZ ferry). The facilities were simple but very comfy. Right along the water with multiple paths around the grounds. Felt like a cool little community with many different travelers. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area!"

"The property is brand new and well maintained, with a little of smell of fresh house. The view is truly impressive— we were even able to see a rainbow from the window, which was a lovely surprise. However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during our stay, which may be inconvenient for guests who need stable internet access. "This lodge exceeded our expectations. Briedi & Brad were so welcoming. The lodge itself is beautifully set up on hill overlooking the lake with the beautiful snowcapped mountains in the background-simply amazing. We highly recommend this lodge"

"The place was not very clean. There was a stain on the double bedsheet. The kitchen utensils, pots, plates, bowls, cups and glasses were not properly cleaned. The laundry room was quite dirty. The living room sofa looked worn off. The nicest place of this motel room was the bathroom. The motel office was closed most of the time and hence, we were not able to let them know our concerns. "

"We had a great time aboard Fiordland Discovery overnight cruise on Milford Sound. The crew were really friendly and knowledgeable. Food was great. My only small niggle is that it was so hot in the cabin sleep was hard. None of our party slept well. "
