"This is the second time I have stayed at the Vernon location. The place is in need of major repairs and deep cleaning. Instead of white towels, they are gray and show dirty marks. There was a fine film of dirt on the floor, as well as a pile by the door as you enter the room. The bedding is ripped. I will not be giving them a third try. Very rundown. "

"I was absolutely shocked when I got a incidental notification email automatically charging my card $300. So how do non smokers or non Vapor’s get acussed and immediately guilty. Terrible rood staff, but the lack of evidence suggests hotel is charging customers $300 extra because they are saving on regular room rates with expedia. Its a scam!"
