"We were very disapointed and this was the worst hotel in our trip. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 night, for 5 family-people. Each room under a different name precisely to avoid confusion or cancelation. We arrived early and left our lugage in a small office which was great though felt insecure since we were not given tags for them. Came back late and check-in was in a screen but it was not allowing check-in for 2nd room. Saw a young woman in the office and she said we has the 2 rooms but there were only 2 beds in each instead of 3 and 2 as reserved. They never gave us the 2 rooms but just one double room for one of the reservations and later canceled for no-show the other and refunded only $16. We also requested extra pillow/blanket so at least one could sleep in sofa, and they were denied. Worst service ever!"

"Everything was good except the checking time. I arrived at Frankfurt 7am, but there was no possible way to change my check-in time. "

"Outstanding location if laying over at Frankfurt. Hotel staff is always very kind and professional! Great puds, restaurants and other facilities at hotel, or short walk in airport complex fir any needs. Rooms are extremely clean, well-kept and spacious. Have stayed here before, and will continue to use."

"Room was amazing. Clean and modern. Staff were great. Breakfast was first class. Did not use wi-if because they wanted my email address. Why? I get enough junk email. AC/Heat was not working but room was cool enough with window open. TV channels were all pixelated so couldn’t watch anything."

"The room with the sofa bed was very spacious, it can easily fit 4 adults. The sofa bed was already out and done (queen size) and was very comfortable, it felt like a regular bed and I loved the fact that I did not have to set it up. There is a "Rewe" grocery store next to the hotel and was convenient for food and toiletries. Lot's of taxis up front in the AM so it's easy to get back to the airport but you could also get the S-Bahn (S8/S9) from Gateway Gardens station. I also saw lots of restaurants around the property. "
