"The AC works and the property feels relatively safe. It is close to the QRO airport, and relatively quiet despite being so close to the highway. The TV works. Other than that, this was a motel level of quality, falsely marketed as a hotel (even more laughable, it purports to be a "resort"). The pool looked very dirty and half of the lights in our room (including the bathroom) were too dim to even be used. I would not stay here any longer than one night to catch an early flight at the airport."

"This hotel is noticeably smaller compared to others in the area. Although the room was clean and well-maintained, the space felt quite limited for two people. Some amenities did not meet regular standards—for example, there was no bottled water in the room. Additionally, upon arrival, the front desk staff was somewhat rude, which affected the first impression. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with multiple options that were fresh, tasty, and well prepared. This was definitely the highlight of the stay. Overall, while there were aspects I appreciated, the room size and initial service experience make me unsure if I would choose this hotel again."

"The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff were helpful. There is no airport arrival pickup but shuttle to the airport can be arranged. The exercise room was well equipped. There is no large pool. Only certain rooms have a small pool attached to them. The restaurant food quality was mediocre. This hotel is in the industrial area of the city."

"20 minutes from airport early in morning. Not much arorund. Good Beer garden in Hercules, also 20 min. Hotel could use better lighting in bathroom and hot water slow and I quit trying. All in all I would stay again because of closeness to airport and clean. Bed was comfortable."
