"The Property is Stunning! Very clean and green. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and the property is located right next to the Falls trail head, so easy access to that and the state park across the street. "Unacceptable breakfast buffet. No hot foods, no yogurt, dry old cereal. Coffee was TERRIBLE- instant coffee from a machine. Pillows were very old as were the sheets, they were very worn and would not stay on a mattress. Toilet was out in middle of floor, seat would not stay on. We had to go and buy our own pillows at Walmart. Owners are frugal and the condition of the hotel reflects it. Very disappointing."
