"A very clean and well-located hotel in Geneva NY not far from the lake, downtown and college campuses. We were very happy with the service and condition of the hotel. The only negative things we could mention would be the amenities - no coffee maker in room and no eggs at breakfast. Otherwise the breakfast provided was fine. In summary - the hotel excelled at the things that mattered most to us."

The grounds are not clean and maintained. The elevator has a concerning bump/hesitation between the 5th & 6th floor, so after not seeing an inspection certificate on display, I elected to use the stairs for the duration of the stay. The stairwell across from the elevator had water puddling from some sort of leaking pipe….
