"I was a little nervous because of the price … the low cost had me questioning the quality but I was so pleasantly surprised! Service was exceptional! We were there three days, two nights so staff changed several times but every single person was professional, personable, and a joy to talk to. Our room was very nice, clearly upgraded bathrooms, and the beds were like clouds! Those pillows!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was delicious! It included waffles (make your own in the waffle maker), scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, home fries, assorted bagels and breads, cereal, yogurts, and fruits. If you don’t like any of that, you are surrounded by fast food places and not a long drive from downtown Syracuse. I couldn’t recommend this place more! "
