"Scam place. No services. Dirty filthy kitchen. Washrooms are a nightmare. If you want to party and don’t might the sound echoing all over the place your good. Staff is no friendly and was extremely unhelpful when I two weeks later fell for a scam from Antique Luna across. Book Casa Luna direct or pay triple price on hotel ending up at Casa Luna anyways. Horrible stay specially if you booked actually a 9.4 hotel "

"It’s a scam company together with Casa Luna. Paid a 9.4 hotel and got sent to Casa Luna, their low rate hostel. I tried Casa Luna on a previous trip. Unless you noice levels like a Turkish bazar on two sides of your room. A dirty stinky filthy kitchen across and no services at all. Even on my strong complaints the staff gives a damn. No refund offered, no apology. And…. Antique Luna was still available 2 hours later. Scam artists "

"This place is charming to look at….not great for sleeping. The arrangement here is bizarre. As a guest you have to walk through the front shop to get out which means that over night you are locked in. Not a fan of not being able to come and go. Practical things like WiFi did not work the lamp in our room did not work (we traded out the bulb) and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The noise during sleeping hours was the worst we experienced the entire trip. As the hostel is right on the main road there is loud traffic big trucks and loud motorcycles. Dogs barked through the night setting each other off with each round. Heidi who runs the place is lovely but she speaks very quickly and it’s kinda hard to communicate."
