"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The employees were kind and very helpful l. My only qualms were how dark the room was, there weren’t many bright lights, and how cold it was. I tried adjusting our thermostat but it was freezing which I won’t complain too much…it was HOT outside. Overall, nice property, affordable and convenient."

"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"Unacceptable to pay this much money for a hotel where elevators don’t work."

"DO NOT get a room that ends in 7. if you do, the entire New York City will be able to see everything you do in your bathroom. No option for privacy. If you tell the front desk about this, they will simply say that this is a “sex-positive hotel” referring to the hotel’s history with exhibitionism / voyeurism. You will literally have to confront them to even get a room change. other than that, amazing room, toiletries, amenities, cafe + bar, location, service, etc."

"The first 2 days the housekeeper came at 9 am which is 6 am our time and we were sleeping. I asked her to come back in an hour and she never did. The next 2 days she came the room was barely cleaned. I liked the decor but the speckled mirror wasn’t ideal as we wanted a useful Mirror and the glass door to the bathroom let in light when someone was sleeping and someone else wanted to use the bathroom. The guys at the desk were very friendly and helped us when we were leaving."
