"Checked in to this apartment, and unfortunately, it has been a very terrible experience. 😤 The staff clearly lacked proper communication and professionalism. We were supposed to check out at 1:00 PM, as that was what we paid for, yet our luggage was placed outside at 10:00 AM without any proper explanation.
