"Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. "Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent!
