Hotels near Fewston Reservoir

"Very efficient check in with friendly staff. The room was clean. It was an executive suite and very spacious, almost too much so as it felt oddly sparse. As mentioned in previous reviews, the room and furniture were ‘tired’ and in need of updating. The hotel must have been glorious in its heyday but its splendour has definitely faded. Having said that, I thought the 2 night stay was good value, and the hotel is in a very central location. Don’t expect luxury but do consider its value for money and its location. "

"Superb hotel, friendly staff, lovely surroundings. The hotel looks fabulous inside and out. The Bar area does get quite full, but this is testament to a quality establishment. We stayed in room 202 which had nice decor, comfortable bed, very clean and spacious. Only downside was the curtains do let in a lot of light but luckily the said Fat Badger bar helped in that respect by serving fabulous ales and delicious cocktails. We will be back again "

"The Old Swan Hotel was a beautiful hotel with a lot of Old English charm that you don’t get nowadays,The breakfast was great so much food to choose from.The staff were always pleasant and polite.The room was perfect and the bed was so nice, i would definitely recommend and stay here again"
