"Stunning Riad super convenient location and the staff make every effort to help the guests. The dinner was an absolute surprise in the best way possible, and it's a must do.on the stunning rooftop with amazing views of the surrounding areas. They also included a 1 hour tour with a very knowledgeable guide who took us around the medina (it's a crazy maze) and showered us a great spot for lunch. Highly recommend and I hope to come back to this place in the future. "

"I had the most amazing time! The Riad was lovingly restored with great attention to every detail from the cedar and plaster to the zelige and artwork. The staff is warm and inviting and helpful. The common areas and rooms are meticulously clean. The breakfast was delicious and made fresh in the Riad kitchen. The tour guides they recommended were top notch. This may have been the finest Riad/hotel in which I’ve had the pleasure of staying. A big thank you to everyone working there. I appreciated all your efforts to ensure my stay was pleasant. "

"The hotel is in a great location! Across the street is a McDonald’s and a big shopping mall. It’s on a boulevard that makes it convenient for pickup and drop off. The rooms are well appointed and everything works. The staff was courteous, pleasant and professional. The restaurants have good and reasonable priced food. I had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was nice but the water was too cold. "

"My only regret is that I can’t give it 6 out of 5! To start with, even before I arrived Ayoub had made contact with me, sorted out where I needed to park and arranged to meet me. If you know anything about Fes then it’s well worth being guided in that first time! The Riad itself is stunning, tucked away around the 7 turns that lead to it, it’s an oasis. A beautiful building with an adjoining ‘sister’ Riad that is also stunning. The staff instantly made you feel welcome and at ease. Ayoub printed a map for us and advised on where to go for exchanges etc. food was wonderful and the room was just amazing. This place is a gem and the highlight of our trip and they’ve obviously employed the most amazing staff to run it. If you are reading this, just click book! You won’t regret it!!!"

"Phenomenal experience, extremely professional hospitality staffs, service from genuine heart, clean facilities, and most of all the aesthetic of the hotel is breath taking. There's no reason to not stay in this hotel. it's in old medina but still close from the entrance no problem at all even if you have heavy luggages. Since it's near to the historical tannery and artisans but smell of tannery never reaches to the hotel so no worries at all. panoramic view of the terrace is also amazing. I am most definitely willing to visit this riad again, highly recommend it to others too."

"A beautiful 16th Century Fes Palace. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor just off the central courtyard. Roof terrace with commanding views of the city. Very helpful manager and staff. Good Moroccan breakfast and dinner available. "
