"Clean and tidy. Staff are great."

"Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. "

"Very nice stay with everything you would need. Breakfast was fresh assortment of fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal and coffee. Very accommodating and treated us like family. We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices."

"The room was very clean, plenty of room, fridge and coffe tea sugars well stocked Very comfy bed with great amount of pillows. Was kept cool through having an aircon and wifi was excellent. Just a pity it didnt have opening windows. Can get slightly noisey from other occupants. The only problem we had is when they required our visa card incase of damages which was fine but didnt like the fact they took our card out of sight (in the back) to write down details instead of doing it in front of us....

"Air conditioner in the main bedroom rattled all night, and the lounge room air conditioner didn’t seem to work. Facilities - the pool is heated and was lovely. The spa next to the pool- the heat pump was told to be problem- no sign but another resident advised. The gym was good- but again "

"Sorry to say but won't stay here again. We had a shower that flooded the bathroom floor&a basin that filled with water that never went down. We had a lovely person who stayed the second night &had their tv on for the entire night&the walls are paper thin. Not the best place to stay."

"We stayed here for business meetings. The hotel is very convenient for Toowong and the rooms are spacious and clean. Our stay was very comfortable, and the staff friendly when we arrived. There are a variety of restaurants and bars close by the property and you can also catch a ferry down the river to Brisbane City Centre."

"Das Apartment war ordentlich und komfortabel. Die Lage ist super, man kann viel zu Fuß erledigen und hat viele verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe. Super war auch der nahegelegenen Bahnhof, von dort konnte ich leicht einen Tagesausflug in die Glasshouse Mountains machen. Eine Dame von der Rezeption war leider mehrfach unfreundlich und hat angenervt reagiert, vermutlich weil ich ihre privaten Telefonate gestört habe. Das war aber die Ausnahme, ich würde hier definitiv wieder buchen."
