"Had to go down right away to get my key card made because it wasn’t made right the first time. The tiles in the bathroom were coming off and tripped on them. "

"The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. One thing though, the tv remote would not turn on the tv. This wasn’t a big deal, since I cut cable awhile ago and am use to no tv."

"Was unable to cancel my 2 night stay 24+ hours in advance, so I keep both nights knowing that I would still be staying the second night. When I arrived, both nights were cancelled and I was without a room but paid for both nights. Horrible experience. Impossible to change reservation details online even when you are within time restrictions "

"The welcoming was friendly, the pool was clean with no strong chlorine smell . The room was clean. There was a dance competition in the area, the girls filled the hotel. The top floor was set aside for the other customers so it was quiet "

"Honestly wasn’t at the hotel much due to coming to spend time with family. But the time i did spend there was very nice. it was clean and the bed was so comfortable."
