"Room was so nice! Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and helpful! Only thing we struggled with is the breakfast area it was so busy we couldn’t experience the fresh made omelets or pancakes. It would be helpful if they kept some on the hot bar too!"

Additionally, the hotel’s cancellation fee was the same as the price of the room, which leaves little no flexibility for guests if plans change. This policy, combined with the lack of support from the hotel staff, created a frustrating overall experience. I would recommend that future guests carefully review the hotel’s policies before booking and be prepared for limited flexibility and support after the reservation is made. "
