When I first arrived in the room, I noticed one of the cabinet door hinges were loose & they came within 30 minutes to fix it! "Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered."

"The staff @ check-in and check-out were very professional and friendly. Everything was perfect but we had a King-size bed and there appeared to be dry blood on the foot of the top blanket. Didn't make a big deal out of it because it wasn't near where I was laying anyway."

"Everything really went very well, and we had a nearly 3-week stay. Minor issues... a couple of times during the stay, only one elevator was working.. but the problem was corrected within a few hours. The other thing... the day we checked out, there were no luggage carts available. I understand that guests can take the carts to their rooms and failr to bring them back down as required. For that reason, I think every hotel should keep a cart in back for the occasions like we had. As you can...

"It would have been nice to know parking was valet for a fee and to tip the valet. The absolute worst was Friday night listening to the street rodders until 2 am. They should have told us that ahead of time. When she told us she put us in the quiet side. The plus was the pool and happy hour selections!! And the pool side staff was amazing!!"

"This is an older property that has been moderately spruced up. The lobby and elevators are tidy but not really clean. The staff is polite, but not friendly. I requested an additional pillow and was told they were “out of pillows.” There is a Starbucks next door. "

"On the second of a four night stay my room was not cleaned. I returned at 5:30 after having been gone for eight hours. It was refreshed after I spoke to the desk."

"The biggest asset for this property is the staff. They are friendly and accommodating - I've been at big hotels where the staff was professional, but this place made me feel welcome. I was there during spring break so everything was booked and it was loud and noisy till one in the morning. Also, it's very close to a main street which made it very hard to sleep due to noise although the property has some great amenities there's a lot that needs to be repaired."

However, the people who run this place are amazingly hard working and friendly. There is a whole breakfast each morning prepared by one person. She ran around with a smile on her face! "
