I sökningen klickade vi i att pool skulle ingÄ. DOCK var personalen vid ankomst mycket bestÀmd med att poolen ingÄr i spa-omrÄdet, och dÀrför inte ingÄr i de rum vi valt (vi bokade via hotels.com). VÀldigt otrevligt och ifrÄgasÀttande bemötande frÄn tjejen i incheckningen. Dock rÀddades det hela upp av att hon ringde efter sin manager som kom ner och gav till slut order om att vi pga missvisande information ÀndÄ skulle fÄ tillgÄng till spa-delen. Gott sÄ! VÄra rum var vÀldigt slitna och inte som pÄ bilderna, vilket kanske iof sig kan förklaras av att dom verkar renovera hotellet etappvis. Jag torkade mina löparklÀder pÄ balkongen under natten och pÄ morgonen var det fullt med rÄttskit pÄ altanen runt klÀderna. Kanske inte deras ansvar sÄ klart men inte sÄ trevligt. VÄrat tips till andra resenÀrer, sÀrskilt med barn som vill bada, Àr att noga kolla om poolen ingÄr (aldrig haft problem nÄn annanstans i Italien med detta förutom hÀr). Annars var det 35 euro oerhört person. Upplevelsen rÀddades upp av den förstÄende managern, men det finns mÄnga hotellalternativ i krokarna, och nÀsta gÄng blir det definitivt nÄtt annat.
