"I had change rooms twice the first room smell like weed the second room the heat wouldn’t work so they had to move me to another room and customer service was terrible"

"Room seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned and if it was it wasn’t a thorough cleaning. "

"I loved the staff. They were wonderful. However, the bed was like a brick and I didnt sleep all night. Need softer beds. and there were no towel racks in the bathroom by the shower or the sink for the large bath towels. "

"This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are rehabs people living there. The hallway smelled like urine got woke up from people upstairs stomping around charged early arrival fee, which you if I would’ve seen what the hotel was like before I would’ve never even booked it there I will never stay there again that hotel used to be a nice hotel. It is a crap show!!! so outdated. The rooms were dirty. The halls were dirty the floors and going up the stairs were dirt, but it’s just totally disgusting. Nothing good to say about that place."

"The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options. Overall we would stay again."
