"Have recently stayed to attend a local wedding, we had three rooms, facilities were just what we needed, clean room, comfortable beds, staff all polite, professional and helpful, breakfast had everything you needed, food very good. Would stay again , also close to local tourist attractions too."

"The room was beautiful and the breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately, the dinner was not so good. It’s quite expensive for what you get, I ordered fish and chips and the chips tasted like they had been reheat and weren’t very nice at all."

"Absolutely excellent hotel and lovely location. Staff were wonderful and lovely. Felt extremely safe area, very clean room and hotel well maintained. Excellent staff and breakfast had a really good selection and tasted excellent. Highly recommend. Will use again if ever needing a night in the area again. Beautiful views from our sea view room."

"A lovely stay in Alnwick in September 2026. We had a large room with a view of the castle. Breakfast was very good as were the evening meal options. Staff were all friendly, helpful and seemed very competent."
