"This was a great hotel in the heart of everything but away just enough to be quiet. Super friendly & helpful staff. Two high-end restaurants attached to the property. The hotel breakfast left a bit to be desired & the continental breakfast didn't have many offerings. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful."

The housekeeping staff appears fine. The sales director is great. The support staff does not seem friendly. Maybe it’s a generational thing, but young people just don’t seem to possess that positive energy upon meet n greet and check in. Just an observation. "

"My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good."
