"We absolutely loved our stay here and the next time we visit Frankfurt, we will definitely stay here again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Ivan. "Walking home, we got caught in the rain. Upon arriving one late afternoon, wanted to have coffee. I didn’t get coffee replenished in the room so I went to reception to get coffee but the also run out. Upon inquiring I was told that coffee at the reception will not be replenished due the day.
