"The owners went above and beyond for us. Echo showed us to breakfast and was available to answer questions. Our plane was 3 hours delayed and the owner picked us up at 1:00 AM! Room was cool and situated in an easy place. The were so helpful and would recommend to any Americans traveling China."

"The staff are very helpful. They helped us immediately. Grace and Elvis helped us plan our activities and was very nice!!!! There are many cute pets on the property. Xiao Liu the dog and the other cats are very friendly!!!!!!!! It is a bit far away from town, but the property is very quiet and pretty. The food is so good it tastes like home!!!! Highly recommend!!!!"

"Overall, the staff was great. Although the Wi-Fi would not always work, which was hard relying on VPN plus beds could be kind of uncomfortable. The location was great for Tianmen Mountain. Very quiet hotel with great restaurant and convenient store nearby."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of both American and Chinese dishes. The location is fantastic—directly across the street from Tianmen Mountain, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel also provides a complimentary 24-hour self-service laundry, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was a five-star stay, and I would highly recommend it."
