"Very welcoming. Felt like staying at a friend or family members home. Very polite and respectful staff. Close walk to village for any supplies needed, and plenty of restaurant choices. Love the out door veranda and comfortable lounge deck chair. Plenty of space so not to feel on top of each other. Comfortable bedding and very nicely decorated. I will stay again when I’m in Ashgrove."

"The room I stayed in was very clean, also had a laundry attached to the room. Has aircon, and a bathtub as well as shower. No microwave in the room i was in, but did have a jug, toaster bowls, very small milk for a couple of cuppas. Bed was pretty comfy and staff was helpful. Would recommend staying here, is very close to Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre (just across the road)."

"Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. "

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "Its nothing special, but the worst places. Rooms are large and OK for a couple of nights. but the shower is terrible with no pressure the noise from the trains will keep you up all night without medication other rooms slowing doors will give you heart attacks the location is great and the place looks like its trying to do the right thing"

"View is amazing, however if you cannot get a good night sleep due to the state of the bed it doesn't matter how nice the view is. Bed base had clearly been broken for a while and been repaired poorly in the past so had 2 shocking nights of the 3 that we stayed. Bed was patched up before night 3 and sincerely hope the owner has since replaced the base. Extra bed consists of a blowup mattress that 'looses' air during the night so have to pump up multiple times during the night. Only received one...
