Hotel Dekat Pusat Rekreasi Fazenda Sengha

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Tommy’s Budget Rooms. Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority...

"As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!"

"The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money"

"Just for context this trip was about the 10th to Kigali in the past 18 months during which time my colleagues have stayed at a variety of more expensive places. They are idiots!!! 2000 Downtown has the best staff, best value, biggest rooms and convenient location. Pay $30 more to stay in a glorified closet in a "boutique" or just stay in a huge room with a comfy bedin the centre of downtown with great courteous and helpful staff. Your choice"

"The room is clean, staff very helpful. Location is noisy, many shops around which makes it quite noisy. For short stay it is ok."

"A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali."

"The amenities, the staff, the food and the amazing Arabica Coffee was just out of this world. The hotel is Clean, the food is absolutely amazing and i dare say that they have the best Pizza in Kigali - i could not believe it."

"My money was not refunded in my credit card"

"Great location—very safe both inside and outside. I even took long walks at night on the well-lit streets. The included breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order from a menu. I would definitely return here next time I am in the city!"

"I didn't find worth of money I spend"

"I have traveled to dozens of countries and countless hotels , and I will say this, This is easily one of the cleaniest and most comfortable room I have stayed in. My entire Trip to Rwanda had me speechless, amazing country , and the stay at NDARU played a great part. On my second night I was so tired from a safari I wanted to do room service , the front desk manager Godfrey came up knocked on my door and told me about the free show with local songs and dancing they were having in hotel. Those...
