5 Aug 2019The reception staff were put into an impossible position as the hotel has opened for paying guests before ANY of the advertised amenities are available. NO mention of this on their own website until after our trip

24 Apr 2019We traveled via train from London as Faversham parking is limited and we arrived at Easter weekend.The Sun An easy 10 minute walk through town.Do book a Shepherds Neame Brewery Tour. Really informative and fun tasting at the end!
