"Communication was great, and it was easy to park and do the self check-in. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we could need. Breakfast was excellent, including the delicious home-made cake selection. It was so nice sitting in the garden to enjoy the breakfast. The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger but we were staying in the middle of a heatwave and the extra fan provided meant we didn't have much trouble sleeping. "The experience here was 12/10! We stayed here over the course of a couple of days for a wedding we were attending and this place is a must stay if you're in the area. The staff were wonderful across the board and the hotel itself is situated in a very scenic, peaceful area. Rooms were very clean, the property was well maintained, and the daily breakfast was hands down one of the best I've had. Will definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details.
