"Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!"

"This was our first ever stay in Italy, and it was such a good one. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts of this BnB are very kind, welcoming, flexible and we were able to communicate quite easily with them. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the shared living room/terrace is so beautiful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included! It was very generous and incredibly delicious. "Een gezellig familie hotel met zeer enthousiaste medewerkers die hun best doen om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten verlopen. Fijne service en lekker eten in het restaurant waar vooral in het weekend (dan is er verse vis) ook de lokale bevolking komen dineren. De eigenaar hield altijd een plekje voor mij als gast vrij. "Our host was very attentive and lovely. She invited us to a very nice evening wine party on-site aside of a small lake. It was quite charming. It was also nice to see the vineyards and olive trees. One downside was no A/C as advertised, but we had fans. Still very quaint."
