"The staff was so amazing! I felt like home. That's why 5 stars. The Gym is very well equipped but needs to be maintained more often, the Smith machine was rusty. The spa was good, but sauna wasn't hot. I had to ask every time to adjust the temperature. Room was good, but a dresser or a closet would be nice. They cleaned the room every day. Again, very attentive staff! I enjoyed my stay despite minor issues. "

"Yes the room was spotless! The staff were very helpful! The staff from the breakfast dinner. They delivered our breakfast to our room. Our food app could no be used because restaurants requested a local number! Abdul helped us by using his own cell phone! They made our stay comfortable! We felt like home! We stay there 8 night nights! "

"Me and my friend had a really good stay here. The hotel is really clean and the room was traditional in a really charming way. Has all the facilities and resources expected of a modern hotel. Staff are helpful and the lobby area is nice and spacious. The location is really quiet which is good after having a long day exploring Istanbul. Also a short walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Grocery stores are also nearby but to reach the best areas and places to visit and eat in Istanbul you may have to travel a fair amount. Not as convenient as say Taksim or Galata area. Nonetheless a really good option for a stay in Istanbul, whoever it is you're with. "
