Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had two separate stays and we had to leave something behind. They made sure to keep all our things organized and safe. Overall, very happy with our stay and would be happy to stay there again.

Our first time in Istanbul and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The room was clean, modern and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The artwork around the hotel is a very nice touch. We had breakfast each morning and it was great. A combination of buffet and menu. If I did it again I would include the breakfast in our reservation. The location is fantastic for the Arasta Bazaar and all of the other amenities. Lots of little stores and restaurants in the area too. We’ll be back!

The property is in a perfect tourist location between the mosques, its cleanliness and staff made the stay even more luxurious. The rooms were spotless and the housemaid was very accommodating. The terrace and the breakfast are definitely worth the addition on the booking. Worth the money and very relaxing stress free stay.

Well appointed rooms, accommodating staff, especially those that greet you at the door and help with luggage. The grounds of the property are lovely. The restaurant on the property is very mediocre but everything else was wonderful. Very convenient for visits to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque.

My stay at this hotel was amazing .The entire staff was exceptional . They have the best restaurant in the area , the Turkish breakfast was amazing , recommend the Turkish tea and coffee .Looking forward to another vacation here.

I liked the location it was very central with just about 5-7 min walk to all the major attractions in Sultanamhet area (mosques). The rooms vere clean and the sheets where nice. Room temperature was good and can be controlled to your liking and it was quiet even with our windows facing the street on second floor. The room was a bit on the smaller side and I wish we had a balcony which they have facing the water, that would have made it excellent. Thestaff were very nice and helpful and attentive. They have a Hammam on site but I didn't use it however I saw it and it was nice but only for a few people. Overall it was great, no complaints, they gave us a gift on the checkout which was a nice touch. I would stay here again but with a balcony view that doesn't connect to the common courtyard.
