Quick to get you checked in. My daughters and I enjoyed having a breakfast before venturing out. The beds were comfortable and great enough for myself and two daughters. Easy to find property and they have 24 hr service desk. Coffee!!!! I can't thank them enough for the coffee. I was there for a total of 5 days and never had a negative feeling. For those that dont mind the road by you it's a great location to get going in whatever direction you need. Breakfast waffles! And a selection of cereals and fruits. I do recommend since the staff was there for the guests.

I don’t recommend anyone to stay there. The rooms were dirty things were broken , dresser drawer handle, broken no security lock on the door people letting their kid scream in the hallway because they lived there.

The photos provided online is not the building you are staying in. It shows a 5-6 story stucco building online. It is actually a brick 2 story building with the doors to the room outside. to top it off we was put in the back building. The short comforter for decoration on the foot of the bed looked like it hasn't ever been washed. It had blood stains on it. Every time I went outside there was a man was out there smoking and acted sketchy. Around 11oclock at night someone was dragging something like the laundry plastic bins around on the sidewalks.

Hotel overall was nice. I stayed 2 nights. The first morning, they ran out of breakfast and I didn’t eat due to time constraints. Was told more food was on the way out, but I didn’t have time to wait. Second morning I was awakened by a screaming child in the foyer below my room. I think it was just unlucky that my room was that close to the main lobby foyer and the sound traveled very well. Overall room was nice, staff was friendly.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Worst hotel we have ever stayed at! There is no elevator which is honestly the least of our worries. The room was filthy; sheets were nasty dirty and showed obvious signs of use, and the bottles of lotion/shampoo and conditioner had been used previously. The room was conjoining but the lock holding the door shut between rooms was attached to the trim and the trim was pulled pretty much completely away from the wall so it was pointless. We had to barricade the door with table and chairs to feel somewhat secure enough to sleep. There was scrap metal laying under one of the beds and to top it all off, the TV was not functional. Bugs of some sort, not bed bugs, in the drawers and the toilet paper was so thin you could see through it.

The room appeared to have had maid service prior to my arrival as the beds were made up and no dirty bath towels. Three of the four pillows on one queen bed had fresh blood on the pillowcases. After pulling the bedspread back on the other queen bed, there was food on the sheet. Appeared to be toilet paper stuffed in the overhead fire/smoke alarm. Clock wasn't plugged in. Microwave read in military time. Maid service came in the room with her girlfriend to fix the t.v. This was the first room of the three rooms I was moved to. Seedy motel. Be careful folks.

This MOTEL does not look like the posted photos. The rooms are shabby. The desk chair has all of the top layer peeled off. The tub has dirt and a dead insect. The floors and bedding and bathroom fixtures are all older than they are made to appear in the photos. I asked for a refund shortly after checking in for a 3 day stay and was told NO. They told me to check with Expedia who checked with the motel who refused any credit for any of the 3 days. I paid for 3 days and stayed for 0 days.

Shower had more water coming out the spout than the shower head. Asked the staff to look into this a gentleman came up and said he would come back after we left for the day and upon our return nothing had changed. After the heater would run for a while it would quit heating we turned it off and let it sit for a bit and it would start working again but, it continued to work this way during our stay. I didn’t waste my time reporting this since they didn’t even bother to fix the shower issue. The breakfast was awful so we just ate breakfast at area restaurants.

Pull in at 230pm in afternoon and 3 cop cars all around the front. Related to car thefts and break-ins. Ask Mgr to cancel as we didn't feel safe much less our car being a target. They would not refund, and Expedia called and they couldn't help either. Im done with Quality Inns and Expedia too. Will never use either again in the future!! Beware of this place!

This place was not safe per se as the locking apparatus was broken. They offered us another room, but we declined. They actually gave this room to someone we knew earlier in the day but then when they complained about the lock, they moved them as well and then offered the old room to us when we got there. Disappointing and a bit sketch overall. We chose not stay here based on the lack of security and safety there.

Filthy! Holes in ceiling in bathroom strains and dirt on coffee pot counter tops and carpet. Bad neighborhood with police activity. Non smoking room listed but room smelled like an ashtray/ cat box. Towels were stained and threadbare. No hot water. Air conditioner sounded like a descending airplane. I was there 40 minutes and checked out cause no way I could stay there and sleep and no refund given. DO NOT STAY HERE you would sleep better and safer in your car.

The room we checked into looked clean and decent at first, but then noticed a terrible smell and couldn’t quite figure out what it was musty carpet? It was very strong so we had our room changed. The second room seemed fine at first until the next morning when we discovered that the toilet was leaking so we had to switch rooms, AGAIN! This time we complained and asked for compensation. They offered 1 night with no charge which is still getting ironed out! Staff was nice and accommodating but boy does this place need work !

You get what you pay for
The room was mostly clean, but the floors were not very clean. It didn't look like they had been vacuumed. The edges of the bathrooms had dead spiders in it that looked as though they'd been there awhile. None of the edges were clean. The drapes had a stain on them as well. Everyone was friendly and it was a fairly cheap room. The ceiling had popcorn missing in massive patches, so it looked shoddy.

We stayed a week, and don't expect our bed to be changed or made every day but my husband had to go get towels everyday but 2, this is not acceptable, i expect fresh towels everyday and we shouldn't have to go get them.
