"The rooms and all properties were clean and well taken care of. All the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The shuttle was great. Having the room cleaned everyday was great. A huge shout out to Lisa at the fron desk. The only thing we weren't really impressed with was the breakfast. Fresh fruit was good. The hot items not so much "

"The rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were very nice and comfortable. It is an older property and the hallways could use some updating. The Coffee Shop and Buffet are not like they used to be. It was ome of the nicest places to eat at one time, with alot of options for good old fasioned dinners. There was not much to choose from unless you wanted burgers or sandwiches. The dinner choices were either Steak or Prime Rib but only on weekends. The buffet for weekdays for breakfast was just pastries and cereals. You could get scrambled eggs but mainly just what you would expect at hotels who include breakfast. The price of $27.00 for cereal and pastries was a bit high. We made our decision to stay there based on there delicious buffet the way it used to be. Perhaps the buffet at the Grand Hotel would have been better. All in all it was a nice stay and the staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again. "

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my airport shuttle schedule. Although the regular departures are only on the hour, like 5:00 or 6:00 a.m., they kindly arranged a special pickup at 5:30 a.m. for me. I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent service!"
