"I made my reservation via hotels.com and paid in advance for a suite for one night. Upon arrival to the property, the clerk didn't recognize my paid reservation so i have to pay again. At the end i was charged twice for the room. The clerk had a very bad attitude. Terrible customer service. The hotel is going down the hill. The hallways have smelly stains everywhere. It looks super dirty. We found leftovers in the microwave too. Don't stay here, worst hotel experience."

"Room was non-smoking, but reeked of old cigarettes and mold. There was no refrigerator. The doors would not unlock with the key card once used. You had to go back to the office to have them redone each time. The walls and floor needed updating/cleaning. "
